So this feature lets you create groups of trusted contacts—like family or relatives—to share passwords and passkeys across devices. 

With this new feature, all members in the group will have the ability to access, add, and change shared passwords.

How to Password on iPhone

• Open Settings
• Scroll down and tap the Passwords option
• On the Shared Password and Passkey menu, tap the Get Started option. Or you can also tap the (+) option at the top and select the New Shared Group option.
• Tap the Continue option
• Name the group and members you want by tapping the Add People option. Make sure the member you want to register is already in the contact list you have.
• Tap the Create option
• Choose which password you want to share. Check the password you want to share and tap the Move option. But if not, you can tap the Not Now option
