Where this method basically utilizes the Siri Shortcut application to create a shortcut wallpaper switcher.
Create Switch Wallpaper from Home Screen on iPhone
- Before you know it, this shortcut only works starting from iOS 14.3 or above.
- Make sure you allow your iPhone to run Untrusted Shortcuts.
- Open the following link and add it to the Shortcuts app.
- Swipe all the way down and tap the Add Untrusted Shortcut option.
- Open the shortcut by tapping the ellipsis option.
- Swipe down to the Photos menu, and tap Allow Access to give the shortcut permission to access Photos.
- Tap on the Album section, and select the Album of your wallpaper collection.
- Then tap the ellipsis icon option located in the top right corner.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Give a free name and icon according to taste. If so, tap Add.
- Done.
After the process is complete, a shortcut will appear on the Home Screen page and you only need to tap on the shortcut to change the wallpaper.
