How to Enable Mail Privacy Protection in iOS 15
In iOS 15, there's something called Mail Privacy Protection. This is a new feature that can prevent tracking of emails.
When enabled, this feature will hide the IP address of the sender of the email. This feature also hides info that can show trackers if and when opening emails.

Turn on Mail Privacy Protection in iOS 15
- Open Settings.
- Swipe down until you find the Mail option.
- Tap the Privacy Protection option.
- Tap (On) on the Protect Mail Activity option.
In addition, there is an option that you can use individually when you don't want to enable Mail Privacy Protection.
- Hide IP Address: Hides the IP address, which can also determine the user's location.
- Block All Remote Content: Blocks pixel tracking in emails. Tracking pixels do exist every time an email is sent, it can help report when an email message is opened by the recipient.
