How to create email signatures for your iPhone
If you travel a lot for work or want to use the convenience of the couch, you can't avoid answering e-mails from your iPhone or iPad.
How to create email signatures
Fortunately, you can create email signatures on your iPhone in no time. We'll show you how to easily change the default signature "Sent from my iPhone" and replace it with an individual one.
Note: Unfortunately, images or other graphic elements still cannot be inserted, so the signature is still limited to the classic text.

Step 1: Pick up your iPhone or iPad and open the Settings app.
Step 2: Scroll down a bit and tap on the "Mail" entry.
Step 3: You will now see a comprehensive overview of all settings for the Mail app. Tap Signature.
Step 4: Unlike the signatures on the Mac, on iOS, you can only create one signature per account or one for all.
Of course, this is unfavorable if you work internally and externally as well as with foreign-language partners.
However, you have no real alternative here. If you now select "Pro Account", you can, for example, set a separate signature for your business as well as for your private e-mail address.
If, on the other hand, you want to use the same everywhere, select "All Accounts".

Step 5: Once you've created your signatures, tap "< Mail" and exit the Settings app. The signatures are now automatically attached to the end of your emails.
Tip: You can also simply create a more extensive signature on your Mac and then email it to yourself. Then copy the entire signature into the text box that appears in step 4.
