 Since iOS 13, Apple improved the functionality of the built-in SMS application, iMessages, one of which is the ability to search for a specific word on all incoming SMS.

1. Open the Messages app.
2. Tap hold and swipe down to bring up the search bar.
3. Tap on the search panel, then enter the keyword you want to search for.
