Apple has launched the new Apple Music Spatial Audio feature with the help of Dolby Atmos surround sound technology.

Dolby Atmos is a technology to deliver a whole new music listening experience, as if the sound of music is spinning around the user.

Dolby Atmos Compatibility
There are several requirements for users if they want to use the Dolby Atmos feature in Apple Music, including:
- Must be an Apple Music license.
- Only supports the built-in Speaker of iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max. And also the latest versions of iPad and Mac.
- For headphones, it only supports AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and Beats that use the H1 or W1 chop.
Turn on Dolby Atmos on Apple Music
- Open Settings.
- Tap the Music option.
- Tap the Dolby Atmos option.
- Tap the option between Automatic or Always On.
After the process is complete, you can directly open Apple Music and run songs. Keep in mind that not all existing music supports Dolby Atmos, you can find out by looking for the Dolby Atmos icon on the song or playlist description.
