This first method can be used for iPhones that still use physical buttons (Home) such as iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone SE, and iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 6, and 6 Plus.
- Press and hold the Power button until the slider to power off appears on the screen.
- Release the power button and then press and hold the Home button for 5 seconds.
- Wait for the screen to flicker indicating that the RAM cleaning process has been completed.
- Done.
Clean up ram on iPhone with AssistiveTouch
This method can be used on the latest models of iPhones that do not have physical buttons such as iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12 series, iPhone 11 series, iPhone XS, XR, and X.

- Enable AssistiveTouch via Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch (On).
- Go back to Settings > General > Shutdown.
- On the slider to power off screen, tap AssistiveTouch and press and hold the virtual home button. Wait for a while for the screen to flicker and return to Lock Screen.
- Done.
